The Path to Healing

Our six-week workshop conducted via Zoom provides a safe space for personal story sharing, coupled with practical worksheets, and weekly personal phone calls for additional support. The workshop includes exercises and topics such as:

  • Losses: identifying temporary and permanent losses.
  • Exploring areas in life where trauma may occur.Boundaries: understanding and setting them effectively.
  • Red Flags: recognizing warning signs in relationships.
  • Body Trauma: acknowledging and releasing trauma stored physically.
  • Trust: rebuilding self-trust and tuning in to your intuition.
  • Self-Talk: becoming aware of internal dialogue and emotions.

These are complemented by weekly acts of self-care, as simple as taking walks or as expressive as painting or writing poetry. Each session is an opportunity to learn, grow, and heal.
